Sandara's visit to Philippines

Filipino actress of Korean heritage Sandara Park left the Philippines to go to South Korea because she felt her career was going nowhere. Although there was talk she might try and break into Korean entertainment scene (even be the new BoA though that was a meaningless bit of marketing hype) she is now being approached to return to the Philippines to take part in Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition.

do u want her to go back? or stay in Korea for good?

Well, my opinion is it's better for her to stay in Korea since YG Entertainment wants her nd all
she might make it in there
besides wouldn't u feel bad if abs suddenly takes u back just becoz a larger company wants u? and dats not all she'll be even more popular if she makes it in Korea!

i can't wait for that to happen!

She went to Korea to further her studies and came back and received a cold shoulder from fans.

I felt really bad for her, I believe she should stay in Korea.

i hope she does come back.. but not permanent.. a vacation maybe... haha.. this country has no future for her.. majority of the people want here are the ones they can put in wowowee and dance.. our little sandy is not in that category..
i liked her movies and her attitude when she was still in the philippines..

back then i was thinking.. what was this girl doing here.. was she half filipino?
she's not any different and in fact shes better than some of the artists in korea.. she can make it big in her country (well, back then i didnt know why she was here and all)
then all of a sudden i didnt get to see her at all..

well good luck to her..

it's better for her to stay in korea than going back here in the Phillipines....

a vacation maybe.....
and doing some commercial here it's ok...
but others....is not better for her....

sandy is much more beautiful now......

IMHO,

I don't think it will be a good Idea for Sandy to come back to the Philippines just yet.

I know, I know, I want her back as much as all of you.

I miss her you know

However, thing is if she does like for example, if ABS offers her a new contract or some new projects. She'll be giving up a lot of opportunities in Korea. At minimum she's gonna lose out on all the training and workshops she's doing in Korea.

Did any of you see the pics of her trying out those Korean drums (I forgot what they were called).

Compared to ABS, YG is with her for the long-term as in training her to do lots of things; Sing, Dance, Act, etc.

I mean just check out what she's capable off, has anyone seen the Gummy I'm Sorry MV? (Who am I kidding everyone has) She said one word "Mianheyo" everything else was silent acting... She pulled it off very well I believe. Her death, or more accurately, her death without seeing TOP one last time broke my heart.

Also she's enjoying a slow deliberate build up, little apperances here and there in guestings, Magazine interviews, pictorials etc. A staring role in an MV etc. Before they actually Debut her. which is probably a better way to go that just throwing her into the fire with a major project like a Kdrama or Album right away.

Just my two cents worth.

For me, let her stay in Korea and develop her self and her career. Let her "mother" station stew a little.

Let her return for when its time to film her next MMFF entry (which will be a collaboration with Korea's YG of course,)

OR BETTER YET

Let her return for her big comeback concert at the Araneta where just like some 4 years ago the very mention of her name will send legions of fans flocking to fill the Araneta to the rafters.

When her "Mahal ko kayo" will be answered with a resounding "MAHAL KA RIN NAMIN Sandy!!!"

To Sandy: Mahal ka namin! we'll be waiting for this day

For a concert, for a movie, to promote her latest CD..... It doesn't matter hahaha.. really I'd like to see Sandara again. But in the mean time she's out there working hard knowing that her fans are patiently awaiting her debut in Korea

That's great news for the Philippines!!! Guys we need to get some videos when she goes out in any of their shows.... we need to have videos!!

I read the news that she visited the Philippines because she missed it sooo much. She just also wanted to visit her handler from abs-cbn. they even wrote an article about her and Gary Valenciano meeting in Korea..

They are trying to put Sandara in some shows before she leaves but it wasn't sure because she is leaving this Sunday...

i guess she doesn't hate the philippines after all.

yeah i saw her in asap i was so happy when she came wahahaha she was soooo cute she danced her song ang ganda ko along with several of her scq batch

she says training in Korea takes about 5 years
i'm excited and happy...i know all her hard work will pay off for sure.

i wonder when sandara becomes famous and able to make more time, she'll make a second home back in the philippines... so that way if she gets tired of one place, she can be in another.

one can only hope. ^_^
